Disclaimer: All reports, scores, and checklists generated by our tools are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal advice, compliance certification, or guarantee a successful audit. Final audit determinations must always be conducted by an accredited CPA firm or certification body.

3. Algorithmic Recommendations

Our systems utilize heuristics to suggest specific frameworks, Trust Services Criteria (TSC) scopes, and implementation actions based on user inputs. You acknowledge that these algorithmic suggestions are tools to assist your GRC planning and do not substitute for professional compliance counsel or formal auditor sign-offs.

• You consent to the processing of your entries for gap analysis and report generation.
• You consent to receive newsletters, GRC updates, and emailed PDF reports.
• You explicitly consent to our sharing of your contact information and scoping responses with accredited third-party auditing partners and GRC software vendors as business leads to facilitate your compliance journey.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, visual trackers, timeline diagrams, and custom code on this site are the intellectual property of House of GRC (or licensed from our authors) and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may download generated checklists and PDFs for internal organizational planning but may not resell or publicly redistribute them.
